Who you are buying from

Hulligan Jack is an artist name and the name of this shop. Chestford B.V. is the company you are buying from.

Prices

The price you see covers the product, tax and delivery, and nothing is added at checkout.

What your country can charge on import is on the shipping page.

Your order

Your order is a request to buy. It becomes an agreement when we confirm it by mail. If we cannot fulfil it, we tell you and refund you in full.

Because everything is made after you order it, we can only change or cancel an order before it goes into production. Mail us straight away and we will tell you where it stands. This does not affect your right to cancel after delivery; that is on the returns page.

Payment

You pay at the time of ordering, through our payment provider.

What you get

What arrives has to match what was described here. If it does not, tell us and we will repair, replace or refund it.

Returns

You have 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel, and you do not have to give a reason. If you cancel, you pay the direct cost of sending your order back to us. Everything else you paid, the delivery included, comes back to you. The full detail and a cancellation form are on the returns page.

Our design

The design, the artwork and the name are ours. Buying from us does not give you the right to copy or resell the design.

Complaints and disputes

Mail shop@hulliganjack.com. We answer within 14 days.

Which law applies

Dutch law. Wherever you live, the consumer protection of your own country still applies to you and nothing here takes that away.
