Who we are

What we hold
If you order something: your name, your delivery address, your email address, and your phone number if the carrier asks for it. Plus what you ordered, in which size, for how much, when, and the order number. From your payment we see the method, the amount, whether it went through, and a reference. Your bank and card details never reach us; our payment provider handles those. If you mail us, we keep the message. If you sign up for our mail, we keep your address and the date you signed up.
Why we hold it
To make, send and handle your order, and to deal with a return or a complaint. To keep our invoicing and our books in order, because the law requires it. To stop your payment being used fraudulently. And, if you say yes to it, to send you mail and to see how the shop is being used.
How long we keep it
Whatever is on your invoice we keep for seven years after the end of the year you ordered in, because tax law says so. The rest we keep until two years after your last order or your last message, and then we remove it. Measurement data we keep for fourteen months. If you unsubscribe from our mail we take your address off the list and only record that you unsubscribed.
Who else sees it
The company that runs our shop and our checkout, the company that prints and ships your order, and the carrier that brings it to you. Our accountant, for the books. Meta, if you agree to it; see "Ads on Facebook and Instagram". And the tax office or another authority if the law requires it of us.
Outside Europe
Your order is made and shipped by the company that prints it. Depending on where your order is going that can be outside the European Union, for example in the United States. To make it and send it, your name, your address and your phone number go to that company, in the country where your order is made. For the United States, safeguards approved by the European Commission apply. You can ask us for a copy.
Ads on Facebook and Instagram
If you agree to it in the cookie choice on this shop, we share what you do here with Meta. We decide this together with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. For collecting and passing on this data we are both responsible. What Meta does with it after that falls under Meta's own privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy
We use it to see which of our ads lead to a purchase, and to show our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings, linked at the bottom of every page.
What you can do
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, deleted or transferred, and object to us using it. You can always object to marketing and we will stop straight away. If you gave us permission you can withdraw it. Send your question to shop@hulliganjack.com and you will hear from us within a month. If you disagree with what we do, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
