The music was made for one job. Not to get you off the sofa, and not to peak at the top
of the hill. To hold a pace once you are already going. Everything here is made for that
same part of the session.
We started with one pair of shorts, because one thing done properly beats five things
rushed. Not all of it will be clothing. Some of it you wear, some of it you carry, and
some of it is a thin green line on something you already own.
That line is thin on purpose. It is not there to tell anyone anything. It is there for
the people who already know what it is.
